Indigo powder

Capable of naturally covering white hair and you can also use it in combination with henna to prolong its effectiveness. Generally it is advisable to first color with henna only and then proceed by adding indigo as well.

Tender

Take the black tea leaves and infuse them in a liter of water. Then boil for 30 minutes and leave to infuse for 24 hours. After this time, filter the water and rinse your hair with this liquid with each shampoo.

Cocoa

Even with cocoa we can naturally darken white hair by forming a cream consisting of 3 tablespoons of honey and 3 tablespoons of cocoa. Apply the result on dry hair for about 1 hour and rinse thoroughly.

Sage

Although less known, sage can also be a valuable aid in dyeing hair naturally. Boil a liter of water and pour in about 200 grams of leaves. Let it boil for 30 minutes and then let it cool. Use the infusion as a pre-shampoo, leaving it on for at least 30 minutes.

Hibiscus, calendula, saffron and chamomile

If your hair is light, even if white hair is generally less visible, you can use other herbs to liven up your color and mask the white: hibiscus, calendula, saffron and chamomile are the best. To be left to infuse for at least one night and then to be used as natural dyes.

Mix of yoghurt, herbs and spices

The special compound that you can obtain by mixing henna powder with a teaspoon of yogurt, a teaspoon of fenugreek, 3 teaspoons of coffee, 2 of basil juice and 3 of mint juice is also effective in strengthening the natural color of the hair. The compound is then applied to the hair and left on for about three hours before the normal shampoo.

Amla oil

In Ayurvedic medicine, amla oil, the Indian gooseberry, is commonly used to dye white hair. Gently massage the scalp with the oil and then gradually all the hair for about 15 minutes at least, every day. If you prefer, you can also find amla in powder form to be mixed with warm water or henna.
