8 natural remedies to not sweat too much in the summer

2) Choose the deodorant that's right for you!

Possibly an antiperspirant, to avoid soaking your clothes. Remember to apply it immediately after taking the shower mentioned in point 1.

3) Avoid wearing synthetic materials

You know that nice synthetic shirt that you don't even have to iron? Eliminate it, at least in summer. Materials like that tend to absorb sweat and smell a lot more. Prefer clothes in cotton or other natural fabrics.

4) Use sanitary pads. Those for armpits!

Yes, they invented those as well. Underarm absorbents to be introduced into the inside of clothing to absorb sweat instead of clothing. Ask at the pharmacy.

5) Yes to water, no to alcohol!

Drinking is very important to reduce the internal temperature of the body, so as not to have to lower it with sweating. And by drinking, we mean water. Alcohol produces the exact opposite effect.

6) Use talcum powder under the armpits!

Like grandmothers did. The talc has an absorbent power and will prevent clothes from getting stained and impregnated with bad odor. Plus it smells great!

7) Always shave your armpits

The hairs in the armpits collect the sweat, making the smell more acrid. A healthy hair removal will help you to breathe more easily the body, reducing the formation of stains on the fabrics.

8) Avoid fatty foods

Fried foods, sugars and spicy foods increase the sweating effect, with relative consequences. Choose a healthy salad or fruit, especially in summer. The line will thank you too!
