Milan: Food Week kicks off
Nine days of fun under the banner of the excellence of gastronomy, with more than 150 events scattered throughout the city, with a busy calendar from morning to evening, with 250 restaurants and clubs involved, divided in turn into 11 thematic itineraries.
The vast community of Milano Food Lovers includes faces of all kinds: from those of manufacturing companies, through event organizers, artists, guerrilla marketers ready to thematic flash mobs, starred chefs, emerging ones, bloggers, journalists , until reaching the general public.
The event also begins this year during the FoodRevolutionDay, the world day promoted by the English chef JamieOliver in the name of gastronomic culture, which has as its main objective the pursuit of better food education.
“Milan Food Week is not a food event but a collector of events created by a community of food lovers united by a common passion for food. Their diversity is our strength because only in this way can we count on hundreds of events that touch the most diverse themes: from art to food; from pastry workshops to dinners with music ".
Registration, which is free, has become even easier because it can be done online. The card can then be collected directly at the Infopoint in Piazza San Babila to take advantage of the benefits and promotions created specifically for the Milano Food Lovers community, some of which they will last the whole year.
