Be More Human: how to connect the mental, physical and social aspects?
In collaboration with Reebok
Be More Human defines an approach to life made up of very specific values. It is the belief that physical activity is able to influence and often transform life, not just the body. The interconnection between mental, physical and social aspects finds its declination in Be More Human, which tells us how, through efforts, people are able to find and express the best of themselves. Because every obstacle, and every effort to overcome it , enrich our life 360 degrees.

It is an encouragement for improvement that is fascinating to identify with and that has prompted us to undertake a special all-female project with Reebok, which will last until December, in which we will speak to women through the voices and experiences of other women. Of talents who have been able, through many efforts, to give their best.
To discover and investigate the feminine approach to #BeMoreHuman, we selected 6 women who differ from each other in terms of occupation, lifestyle, personality and experience, but who share this attitude, this mantra. A foodblogger, a rugby referee, a forager , a voice from RDS, an illustrator saleswoman and an orchestra conductor will discuss different topics related to Reebok's values. Each month we will focus on a different hashtag, with the aim of tracing a path that allows us to fully explore Be More Human. Here are the 6 themes we will address:
#PerfectNever
#HonorYourBody
#ThisIsClassic
#PotentialIsLimitless
#WeAreBetterTogether
#BeMoreHuman
A comparison that will speak of differences, of points of view, which will highlight the uniqueness of these 6 women who have made precise choices and faced the effort necessary to carry them forward. Because yes, we are unique but we are not infinite: 25,915 are the days that on average a human being lives. These are the days in which you forge bonds, improve yourself, explore the world and try, with all your strength, to overcome all limits. Because life is unique but only one, and it is in this life that he proves his humanity. In this regard, the journey into Be More Human begins with a test. Our talents started by evaluating their Human Score to discover their "level of humanity".
A test that, in addition to proposing unusual and original questions, pushes you to reflect on your own attitudes, on what you are, on what aspects to dwell on. Once they obtained their result, our women began a journey made of comparisons, ideas, inspirations within the Be More Human and the various hashtags. Each episode, a discovery; each comparison, a growth. Are you ready?
