Lunden: Here are several questions together, but I'll try to be comprehensive. You say you are a fake lean, that is what in fitness jargon is a person who looks slim but does not actually have good muscle tone: an effective way to remedy this is strength training with weights or free body, like the one offered by the Runtastic Results app. I can particularly recommend some exercises for the legs and buttocks: squats, lunges (lunges), step-ups (going up and down from the step) and the bridge, which can be done in the gym or at home. In any case, be sure to train the whole body and not just specific areas, in order to make the body harmonious. You can also try running if you like. To tone your legs, hike uphill (or on the treadmill) and run or climb stairs. To define your abs, you need to not only train but also eat properly: so avoid packaged and sugar-rich foods. Instead, choose REAL and natural foods, such as fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. As for the calves, running will make them stronger and more toned if you have big ones, but they won't increase dramatically. If you want to increase the volume, do calf lifts in the gym or at home with one step - possibly using weights.
