Quarantine: We answer the most frequently asked questions on the web
There have been many changes in Italy in the space of a few days due to the "increase in Coronavirus infections: from the gradual closure of schools and many activities to the real quarantine that forces millions of Italians into the house, if not for a few quick visit to the supermarket. Yet there are still some shops open and a few people on the street, which considerably complicates the situation, leaving us full of doubts: yes or no masks? Can I go for a run in the park? Can we drive around?
We have collected the most frequently asked questions on the web these days and we try to answer them.
In the meantime, here are some suggestions on what to do at home:
Can two people shop for groceries?
Technically yes, but first of all it is not necessary, maybe just a little uncomfortable, in addition to the fact that 2 to 4 people can enter supermarkets at a time, to ensure the minimum space necessary to maintain the safety distance provided for by the ordinances.
It is also highly advisable to go shopping once / twice a week. It is not prudent to go out every day with the excuse of shopping and at the same time it is not absolutely necessary to loot supermarkets by emptying the shelves as if there was a war nuclear power in progress The shops are regularly restocked.
As for online shopping, however, it is true: it is a great convenience but if we are in good health, we try to reserve it for those who really need it, avoiding clogging the workflow of those who deliver.

Everyone knows that constant physical activity is an excellent method for increasing the immune system.
However, it is not essential to go to the park every morning. Nor to improvise as a runner just to escape from their homes.
It is possible, according to the ordinance, to carry out physical activity outdoors but it is really up to the common sense of each of us to understand the gravity of the situation and stay at home for the good of all and if you do, you have to do it alone, therefore no fitness in the company.
We remind you that there are many ways to keep fit even at home, after all, wanting is power!
Mask yes or no?
Masks have become, in recent weeks, more unobtainable than gold or oil (and also just as expensive). Again, for a simple matter of civility it would be advisable to leave them to those who really need them, without stalking the neighborhood pharmacists.
Wear the face mask if:
-you have coronavirus symptoms or flu symptoms in general
- assisted elderly or immunosuppressed people
- if you work in contact with the public and / or it has been imposed on you by the employer.
Remember that the generic mask does not protect against infection, at the most it prevents you from infecting others.
Can I take my dog for a walk?
Of course yes! But even in this case, we limit the walk of our four-legged friends to what is strictly necessary. Above all we try to do it ourselves. As for living indoors with pets, it is strongly recommended that you wash your hands after we pamper them and make sure they are always clean.
What are the open activities?
In addition to supermarkets, tobacconists, newsagents and pharmacies, most businesses such as shops and restaurants are closed. However, some private studios or many craftsmen (mechanics, plumbers, carpenters) are operational. Obviously, the closure of the activities is at the discretion of the merchants.
In short, there are few real bans but it is really important to limit ourselves to going out only when it is strictly necessary for our good and everyone's!
