There are six. They look alike. And they are everywhere.
We are talking about the Kardashians, the female family that has flooded the media with its advice (like Kim's "don't laugh too much because it makes wrinkles") and various eccentric outfits.
But why are the Kardashians famous? And how did they climb the Olympus of the Web?
The origins of the Kardashian myth
The first step was taken by the Kardachoff family in 1915, fleeing from Amenia to the American coasts.
Once in Los Angeles, the Kardachoffs change their surname, to make it more like the American, and begin to practice their innate business acumen. In a short time, Tatos Kardashian manages to accumulate a considerable fortune, which allows his nephew, Robert, to enroll in the Faculty of Law.

The second step, however, is all thanks to Robert who attracts media attention when he becomes the lawyer of O.J. Simpson, defending him from murder charges.
However, a famous process and a lot of money are not enough to become icons.
For that, it takes a feminine touch.

The super powers of momager Kris
In 1978, Robert married Kris Houghton, a California stewardess. Together they have four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Robert.
Robert and Kris divorced in 1991; Kris remarries Decathlon Olympic champion Bruce Jenner and gives birth to Kendall and Kyle.
Kris thus finds himself with a large, wealthy and moderately famous family.
It is not enough. Kris is not satisfied with the "average", she wants the best.

To try to keep up with the most famous of the family, the four sisters continually try to bring the spotlight back to their shiny hair. Every now and then, they do this by pulling out locks, like when they hit each other, or improvising slightly premature extensions.

Remember Kris' second husband, Bruce Jenner? To increase the buzz around the family he too intervened: in 2015, in fact, he became Caitlyn Jenner. Obviously, to keep up with the Kardashians, you need to be a woman.

Why are the Kardashians famous? Now it's a little clearer to us
