1 - Head massage

Sesame oil contains precious vitamins - A, E and B group (B1, B2, B3) - and eight essential amino acids important for the brain. For this reason it is often used in Ayurvedic medicine for energizing and invigorating head massage and the scalp.

2 - Gentle scrub

Sesame oil and rice starch: these two ingredients will be enough for you to prepare an excellent delicate scrub for the face and body. The mixture obtained by mixing them must be gently massaged into the skin and then rinsed first with warm water and then with cold water.

3 - Anti-burn remedy

Sesame oil can be used to soothe the discomfort caused by sunburn, thanks to the presence of powerful antioxidants and its anti-inflammatory, soothing and antiviral properties.

4 - Pack for dry hair

Sesame oil is particularly effective in the care of dry hair. You can use it both as a pre-shampoo pack to leave for half an hour on damp hair or as a finishing product to be applied on the tips of dry hair, to obtain a nourishing and polishing.

5 - Beauty masks

Oily skin? Mix sesame oil with white / green clay and you will get a purifying and sebum-regulating mask. If you have dry skin, mix sesame oil with honey and yogurt for a nourishing, moisturizing and anti-aging effect.

6 - Softener for rough areas

Elbows, heels, knees: in these areas the skin often tends to harden and become rough. To soften the epidermis and nourish it thoroughly, mix a tablespoon of sesame oil and 5 drops of mint essential oil. On your feet, after applying it, wear cotton socks and leave it on for the whole night. In the morning your skin. it will be soft as velvet!
