Margherita Missoni is a mother

Today, 6 September, Margherita Missoni gave birth to her first child. The heir of the famous Italian fashion house has in fact given birth to little Otto Hermann, had by her husband Eugenio Amos. The name that the two new parents have chosen for the child is a tribute to the grandparents of both: Ottavio, the recently deceased designer, and Hermann, great-grandfather of the new born on the paternal side.

Mother and child are fine even if Margherita was hospitalized only yesterday 5 September for a broken wrist. Fortunately, the happy event was not long in coming. Best wishes to the couple for their best gift.
