Watch the video and discover something that everyone agrees and that for sure makes us a little happier every day: friends!
Money does not bring happiness: no, it's not just a saying!
Money does not buy happiness. What no one has doubts about, however, is that money gives a valid help and allows you to live without too many thoughts. But happiness is another thing. Before understanding why money is certainly not the secret of happiness for each of us, we must understand what the word happiness means. When can you define yourself happy? What is it you must have to be happy ? Eh, no, the money is not enough.
Happiness is a subjective concept, so what makes an individual happy is not the same as what makes all people happy. Everyone is happy in their own way: not only that, happiness is also linked to the context, cultures and habits of a population. Another fundamental concept about happiness is that it must be pursued day after day. Happiness is an instant, it doesn't last long. We have a happy moment but we don't live in a situation of eternal happiness. However, happiness is a choice, to be pursued and pursued. Even in this path that leads to happiness, happiness itself actually resides. One more note: happiness comes from a set of factors, to be happy it is necessary that a series of situations and events are in harmony. Money does not make happiness: or better still we could say money is not enough to make happiness. It takes more. And by the way, the first thing that comes to mind is love. Without feelings you cannot live and without feelings you cannot be happy. Rich people often have trouble distinguishing whether those who choose them do it only for money or for true love: and this is very important in the pursuit of happiness to answer our initial question. If a rich man does not trust his friends and his love and believes it is sparked by an interest in his wealth, how could he ever be happy?

Love and time: what money cannot buy
So where do you start when you are looking for happiness? A first piece of advice is to love. Love is an important premise for being happy. Love, which of course means loving others but also oneself. In fact, it seems that this is the recipe for being happy (with or without money). The path to search for inner happiness leads to a good awareness of oneself and the world around it. Of course, economic well-being in this phase of seeking awareness helps considerably. As we have seen, money does not bring happiness, but when there are all the conditions to be happy , the economic availability of course represents a valid help, because the money that does not bring happiness allows us to satisfy some basic essential needs.
One "other thing we would like to invite you to think about (and let's talk about" another thing that money cannot buy) is time. Time is comparable to gold, having time to devote to what you love and the people you love is important and precious. Money cannot buy time: on the contrary, time is something that has enormous value and is a basic requirement for happiness.
Here is a first important awareness: money alone does not bring happiness, but together with other factors and other types of fulfillment, money helps to satisfy needs that in their totality allow us to be happy.
Money does not buy happiness! Health and love, on the other hand, yes
One of the most read and repeated aphorisms is that money does not bring happiness. This, as we have seen, is certainly true. If we put love and time before money in the scale of values and things that make us happy, we cannot fail to consider another indispensable factor to be happy. Health!
Being healthy should be the first thing to feel already in a privileged position and a certain happiness. Because one thing is certain, life and being alive is already a reason to be happy. And even if this phrase may seem a bit rhetorical we should stop and reflect on this important awareness. Too often in moments of health problems we realize how much a normal situation represented happiness and maybe we did not care enough, and we did not enjoy it, waiting for who knows what and chasing who knows what wealth.
In the pursuit of happiness then the first step is perhaps precisely this: stop for a moment and reflect not on what we lack to be happy, but on what we have and what are the valid reasons to be a little happier now.
