Gender: do it with the right color
The results of the survey leave no room for doubt: the bedrooms furnished and painted in shades of caramel would favor amorous encounters, while red, which has always been considered the color of passion, would even have the opposite effect! If the shades between beige and brown would in fact be associated with a frequency of 3 sexual intercourse per week, red records only 1 intercourse.
For a bedroom full of good rest, you must instead focus on shades of blue, green or yellow, colors associated with calm and relaxation, while purple stimulates the brain too much, hindering sleep. Gray should also be avoided due to the association of this color with depressive symptoms.
