Sushi, what a passion! But how many calories does this well-known Japanese dish contain?
The word "bad" and many good fats (ie those contained in fish).
But the calories?
It all depends on the size of the sushi and the type of fish. For example: salmon is a fatter fish, therefore more caloric than shrimp or squid. On average, a salmon roll has around 50 calories. Six, or the portion they usually serve in restaurants, will therefore have 300 calories. Sure, they're not low, but they're "good" calories unlike what you might get from a beef burger. Let's see together the calories contained in each "piece" of sushi. We haven't named them all, of course, but you will surely find the most "common" ones!
