The best Italian barmen compete against each other

For the occasion there will be two gurus from the world of cocktails: Salvatore Calabrese, an Italian who moved to London and creator of the rebirth of cocktails, and Peter Dorelli, the historic barman of the Savoy in London, the first bar to introduce the cocktail ritual in Europe.

A competition that unfolds in 34 countries up to the final, which will be held in Delhi, and will see the best bartenders compete for the Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender Of The Year 2011.
Last year it was ErikLorincz, a young bartender of Slovak origin, who won the votes of the jury, winning the title that led him to work up to TheSavoy's AmericanBar.

Bartenders will be able to try their hand at high-end products of different categories, including gin TanquerayNo.TEN, vodka KetelOne and rum Zacapa.

A day dedicated to skill and manual skills, in which the protagonists will perform flairing and mixing, combining passion and entertainment.
