2. Combat hair loss with the amla pack

Amla is an excellent adjuvant to stop hair loss.
To take advantage of this property, you can prepare a simple compress by mixing 2-3 tablespoons of amla powder with hot water, until you get a creamy consistency.
Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours and then apply it to the scalp and the entire hair, performing a light massage with the fingertips.
Leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water. Then proceed with the normal washing.

3. The amla counteracts the frizz effect

Amla oil is perfect for those with very frizzy hair, because it helps untangle knots and makes the hair fluid and docile, smoothing the shafts.

5. The amla mask helps you detangle your hair

If you have hair that is difficult to tame, which often has knots and tangles, you can try an amla-based mask. You will need:
- 4 tablespoons of Amla powder
- 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel
- hot water
- 5 drops of an essential oil of your choice (those of citrus fruits such as lemon, lemongrass, bergamot or orange help reduce the slightly strong smell of Amla).

Mix the powder and the gel and mix by adding the hot water little by little until you get a homogeneous mixture. Let it rest for at least half an hour and spread over the hair, from root to tip, with delicate messages to the scalp that activate microcirculation.
Wrap your head with cling film and cover with a towel so that the temperature remains warm and the properties of the amla penetrate deeply.
Leave it on for about half an hour then rinse and wash your hair as usual. When you go through drying you will notice hair that is soft and easy to style.
