The beauty routine for mature skin
Our skin always needs great attention and constant hydration, at any age. All the more so when the signs of aging begin to become evident and profound, however, it is essential to take care of them correctly and scrupulously.
Over the years - and especially after menopause - the production of estrogen hormones ceases and this involves, among other things, a progressive decrease in the elasticity, brightness and firmness of the epidermis.

Where to start?
A correct beauty routine starts in the morning, with a good cleansing milk that eliminates the impurities formed during the night. This simple, but fundamental gesture, will also be repeated in the evening, especially if we usually wear make-up during the day.
Once the cleansing is complete, it is time to proceed with the serum, a real beauty elixir, capable of amplifying and intensifying the results of the following treatment: the moisturizing day cream. This must be highly nourishing and specifically designed for skin that is no longer young and therefore more “thirsty”. It is important that it also has an adequate sun filter, to limit the harmful effects of the sun on the skin.
The day cream should be spread with circular movements from the bottom up and starting from the neck; in this way we will counteract the inevitable "gravity effect" and deeply nourish the epidermis without weighing it down, but leaving a pleasant feeling of comfort on the face.
At the end of the day, after the aforementioned cleansing, it will be time to apply the night cream, capable of acting when tired skin is more reactive and, therefore, more ready to absorb the active nutrients contained.
