What are the secrets of starred chefs? Discover them at Taste of Roma 2014
From 18 to 21 September the streets of Rome will come alive to the rhythm of pots and pans. At the Auditorium Parco della Musica will be held Taste of Rome 2014, the event dedicated to the kitchen where you can taste incredible dishes signed and made by the most acclaimed restaurants in Rome.
Tasting and being captivated by the dishes made by the restaurateurs of the Eternal City will be just one of the activities that can be carried out during the event. Taste of Roma, in fact, is a real playground dedicated to food & wine enthusiasts, here they will be able to see the performances of starred chefs and participate in interactive cooking classes where they can learn the secrets of the greatest in the sector.

For the 2014 edition, the event also opens its doors to chefs from all over the world. Thanks to cooking shows and cooking classes, it will be possible to learn the secrets to making dishes that mix balance, elegance and a pinch of madness.
- Heinz Beck: the famous chef of the La Pergola-Hotel restaurant will show his followers pupils l "attention to detail, perfection in presentation and quality in the choice of ingredients that make his dishes unique. Cooking school Thursday 18 and Friday 19.
