The Salone del Mobile to come

"Comfortable". An ancient term, but more current than ever, especially for living spaces that are increasingly reduced. Here is the wind among the designers, already active and around Milan between previews, previews, impressions on the web and excitement before of the Salone del Mobile. Indeed, the Saloni, for some years now, which will take place in Rho Fiera from 9 to 14 April, with the extraordinary novelties of the home-furnishing, lighting and office sectors, with the biennial Euroluce and SaloneUfficio and the Salone Satellite.

Without forgetting the "repechage" in functional vintage, which is transformed into an ultra-modern and technological vintage. An attitude that borders on Zen often coexists with the courage to break the mold: in design, in art and in the restyling of an environment. Here is what we will see at the next Salone del Mobile in Milan.

More than 2,500 exhibitors will be among the major representatives of the sector, who will fill the pavilions of the Rho exhibition center with the 2013 proposals. Among these we are witnessing the return of some historical companies both at the Salone del Mobile and at the SaloneUfficio, confirming the leading role that the Milanese event plays for companies in terms of originality, change and visibility. The heart of the innovative ferment will be the 16th edition of the Salone Satellite: the event in pavilions 22-24 for under 35 projects is dedicated to the theme "Design and craftsmanship: together for industry". As always, it offers visibility to young emerging designers and the opportunity to create contacts with many of the exhibiting companies. The competition will also take place this year and will award the three best prototypes among those presented, relating to the product categories of the biennial exhibitions of this edition, Euroluce and SaloneUfficio.
