Goodbye goodnight kiss
An English research on the nocturnal routine, in fact, speaks for itself: pre-rest romance seems dead and buried. Eight out of ten couples no longer kiss before going to bed.
The study was conducted on 2,000 couples from the hotel chain Travelodge, and brought to light several characteristics of the two-person rest.
A quarter of couples, in fact, say they can't even stand to be touched while sleeping. 54% choose to turn their backs on their partner physically and have a good sleep alone (33% without touching each other, 21% looking for physical contact). 15% sleeps like a "spoon", that is a man who surrounds the woman, a very protective position, which she often takes too (6%). 17% sleep face to face (9% also intertwine their legs) and finally only 1% sleep as often seen in films: man lying down and woman resting on his chest.
So more than half of couples do not like to sleep embraced, and do not even have the habit of cuddling or kissing before falling asleep. In addition, it is not only physical interactions that fail, even the most classic demonstration of affection. verbal is banned from the evening rest: 90%, in fact, do not even say the simple "I love you".
