Mission remise en forme: 6 valid reasons to rediscover the lost form
In these months that separate us from the dreaded swimsuit fitting, every woman would like more than ever to have a magic wand to eliminate a few rolls or too many imperfections and arrive at the beach with a cover-proof body.
The truth, however, is that this magic wand has not yet been invented, so we have to sweat in the gym for several months to get to show off a bikini-proof body, or almost. The finalists of Can Farcela !, the 8-week remise en forme program that helps to regain one's weight, are well aware of this: thanks to this program, in fact, twenty ordinary women, selected from over 300 candidates, were followed by a team of experts (personal trainer, nutritionist and life heath coach) with the aim of regaining the shape and self-esteem lost with excess kilos.
Everyone's goal was to find her own silhouette, but every woman is different and their stories, their experiences and the springs that push towards change are different. There is not only the costume fitting, therefore, among the reasons for improving your body ... Here are the other reasons that lead us to say "I can do it!"
1. Rediscover the lost security
The extra kilos weigh not only on the scales, but also on our mood and on our self-esteem: seeing in the window a dress that we like but that we know we cannot afford due to our physical conformation or, worse, because the sizes reach up to 42 , not a good feeling! Taking off the excess pounds can therefore help us be more confident and face life with greater serenity.

Raise your hand if you have not experienced at least once in your life the terrible feeling of not being able to close the zipper of a dress that we adored or of our favorite jeans. We all have a garment in the closet that (momentarily) we no longer enter, but this can be an incentive to get back in shape like a few years ago!

Carrying and giving birth to a baby is one of the greatest joys in life for us women, but the price to pay can be high in terms of waistlines and stretch marks. If we add to this the desire to wear a dream dress, we understand well why in the months preceding the date of the "fateful yes" many women are obsessed with physical fitness and are willing to undergo the worst tortures in order to be able to tighten a little. more the white corset.
6. Feel sexier and more desired by your partner
And who, on the other hand, has a husband already? It is always good to keep the passion alive and not let yourself go after marriage, so that this does not become the tomb of love. If this happens, we always have time to recover and get back on track to feel more beautiful and safe, to like us more, but also to continue to please our partner.
