The husband puts the nail polish on his little finger: a simple but touching gesture of love

Applying nail polish seems like a "trivial" operation: just choose the color, calibrate the right amount of liquid and pass the brush over your nails. The hardest part is "waiting for it to dry or resisting the temptation to nibble it,
especially if the glaze tastes like chicken.
Still, that's not the case for everyone: for Libby Sanders, the hardest part comes with the left little finger.

The two seem to lack nothing: perhaps this is why Libby often forgets that she no longer has her left little finger,
amputated in March following an accident.
Libby, who defines herself as a very positive person, doesn't give much weight to it until she decides to put on her nail polish: that's when her lack is revealed to her and takes away her smile.
And that's when Matt steps in.

After the last incomplete manicure, Matt took his wife's nail polish and asked her to paint the little finger of his left hand: "You can paint my little finger to color all the fingers for the rest of our life. My little finger will replace yours. "
Libby shared the photo on her Facebook profile, receiving more than 121,000 shares.
"I can't imagine a gentler, kinder man," he wrote. "There are no words to describe our love".

We agree with Libby, which is why we will use a gif to represent the only possible reaction to Matt's gesture, which beats any love phrase ever said in the history of humanity.
