Le Grand Fooding: 4-5 July in Milan
An edition that combines the world of street art with that of food and which features chefs such as Matteo Torretta of Al V Piano, Eugenio Roncoroni and Beniamino Nespor de Al Mercato, both Milanese restaurants, up to international names such as Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook of Animal of Los Angeles and James Lowe and Isaac McHale of The Young Turks of London.
The avant-garde event, which is receiving more and more positive feedback from the general public of foodies, will take place at the Sawmill in via Meda 24.
Admission to the event costs 30 euros and tickets can be purchased online. The menu will feature dishes inspired by street & junk food traditions that will be revisited in a gourmet key by the chefs present.
