Does self-esteem affect the couple?
Complicity, trust, love, commitment, understanding and… self-esteem. Here are the key components of the perfect and serene couple union.
If you wonder what self-esteem centers on, know that according to a recent scientific research conducted in the USA, the importance of the latter lies in the fact that it allows you to live love intensely, without delimiting the importance of individual identity.
Unfortunately, in reality, self-esteem does not always belong to both partners, specifically, according to the American study, as many as 60% of the men interviewed feel less attractive than their partner and this leads to an undeniable lack of self-esteem. The situation is quite different for women: only 25% of them believe that their man is (or has been) more attractive than them.
How much this really affects couple harmony is difficult to establish at the table, it is certain that those who love each other and have a good dose of self-esteem are more inclined to love the other person and to feel loved and satisfied by the relationship.
