Day Trip to Chic, when shopping becomes a real experience

For summer 2014 Fidenza Village launches the Day Trip to Chic Bike Chef Experience package, an experience that combines shopping, starred cuisine and the discovery of the surrounding area on a very special bicycle. In fact, the bicycles that will be used during the Chic Bike Day Trip were specially created by the designer Lorenzo Martone.
The whole day will not be a simple picnic with a packed lunch, to guide you in this multisensory experience there will be Massimo Spigaroli, starred chef of the Antica Corte Pallavicina. The chef, who will accompany you by bike and cook along the way, will take you on a journey made of family stories and flavors inspired by the Parma tradition.

Before lunch, do not miss the tour inside the Antica Corte Pallavicina. You can touch the products that will then be used in the dishes prepared by the chef, in fact all the vegetables come from the garden in the courtyard.
After lunch, a shuttle will take you back to the Fidenza Village where you can continue your relaxing day by shopping in luxury boutiques: from Furla to Red Valentino, passing by Michael Kors and many others.
Furthermore, from 26 June, it will be possible to visit the new Best of Italy temporary food & wine boutique, a store curated by Chef Massimo Spigaroli where you can learn the secrets of his cuisine, buy products from the participating companies belonging to Altagamma and taste the dishes created. by the chef and the staff of the Antica Corte Pallavicina.
