- Homemade recipe for smooth and clean hands:

What you need: a lemon
Instructions for use: lemon removes odors, stains caused by cigarettes and strengthens the nails. And, in addition, massaging your hands with half a lemon will make them smooth and soft.

10cl of castor oil

10cl of olive oil

The juice of one lemon


Instructions for use: allow the castor and olive oil to cool slowly, then add the lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a cup. Soak your hands and nails in it for 10-15 minutes. Massage your hands.

½ cup of brown sugar

½ cup of spiced rum

Nutmeg powder

1 cup of warm milk

2-3 drops of cinnamon essential oil

2 towels, 2 plastic bags, a cup


Instructions for use: mix the brown sugar, rum and nutmeg in a cup until you get the consistency of a scrub. Fill another cup of hot milk to which you will have added the cinnamon essential oil.

Dip your hands in the milk for 2-3 minutes. Rub the scrub compound into your hands to remove the cuticles and rinse with warm water. Wet the towels with hot water. Dry your hands and apply a moisturizer. Put your hands in the plastic bags and wrap each hand with a towel. Let it rest for 5 minutes and remove.
