Croque monsieur with bechamel: the original and quick recipe!

Ingrediants:

8 slices of sandwich bread
Grated cheese
Butter
Bechamel
Slices of cooked prisciutto


Development:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 240 degrees and start making bechamel.
Step 2: put a layer of bechamel on 1 slice of sandwich bread.
Step 3: add some grated cheese, 1/2 slice of ham, bechamel and grated acora cheese.
Step 4: close with the second slice of bread and cover with bechamel and cheese.
Step 5: place the 4 croque-monsieurs on the oven plate covered with aluminum foil (be careful not to let them burn!)
Step 6: cook 15-20 minutes. Taste accompanied by green salad or potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
