What we have learned from 2020
2020 will be for all of us the infamous year of the Covid-19 pandemic: a "new, violent and unknown, highly contagious flu that has forced us into the house for a good part of the year, upsetting our lives, without exception.
The whole world was touched by this gigantic event and each of us had to do without something. There are those who have lost loved ones, those who work and who, despite enjoying good physical health, have suffered from it on a psychological level.
But like any experience, be it positive or negative, there is always something to learn. Here's what we learned in 2020.
But first, if you are feeling a little down in the dumps, here are some exercises to get back to loving each other:
Don't underestimate the little things
A hug, a coffee with friends, an evening at the cinema, a concert.
They have always been things we have taken for granted. And now? It has been almost a year that we have no longer been free to hug someone we don't live with, especially the most fragile subjects such as grandparents or people with pathologies. The open bar is a bonus relegated to very few moments of the day and for some of us of the year. Cinemas and theaters have been closed since March and only now do we realize how precious the last cultural evenings or disco nights with friends were. .

This year, leaving one's own region or even Italy has been practically almost impossible for most of us.
But if the vaccines arrive soon (we hope so with all our hearts) and if we all respect the rules, next summer we will all be super motivated to travel, explore and learn about new places.
Of course, the ideal would be to start from Italy: our peninsula is beautiful and there are thousands of places to visit safely (also helping local tourism, bent by the pandemic). But let us serve as a lesson: when everything is over, let's not spare ourselves any more opportunities to travel!
After all, we are in luck!
Unfortunately, we did not come out unscathed from this pandemic (nor better, as we thought!): Each of us has lost something or worse, someone. But, if we are healthy, we have a job that pays the rent and some friends with whom to share those few moments of sociality, the truth is that we are really very lucky. Let's never forget it!
