1. Trick of parchment paper

To freeze the sweet crepes, just place them in a bag or container for the freezer by inserting a sheet of parchment paper between one and the other in this way you will avoid them sticking during freezing and you can reuse it to bake them in the oven.

2. Powdered sugar trick

To prevent ice from crystallizing on the crepes, sprinkle a very light layer of icing sugar on each one, with this trick you will avoid the inconvenience without problems.

3. Free oil makeup

A trick to avoid using butter and oil to heat the crepes in the pan is to place the parchment paper used to separate the crepes in the freezer in the pan itself. Don't add any fat!

4. Single-portion stick makeup

To avoid defrosting the crepes in a higher number than necessary, create single portions sticks.
Here's how to do it: take a sheet of plastic wrap, place the crepes on top of it and roll it up to form a stick, as tight as you can, being careful not to break it, close the candy wrap and put in the freezer, you will save space and you can defrost even just one for a quick snack.

5. Fast food trick

Just like they do in fast food with sandwiches, freeze the crepes already stuffed with ham, cheese, mushrooms, béchamel, vegetables or whatever you prefer, close them into a bundle and wrap them in sufficient cling film, place the packets in a bag or container and freezes.
With the fast food trick you will have ready-made meals that can be easily portioned according to the needs of the moment.
Take your crepes out of the freezer and bake directly by removing them from the film of course.

6. Makeup expiration

It is important to remember to mark the expiration date on the bag or container to avoid problems of toxicity and bacterial development.
However, it often happens that the date written in felt-tip pen on the bag or container fades in the freezer, to avoid this we have come up with 3 infallible tricks.

- Write the date on a piece of scotch paper (the one used by painters) and apply it, the marker on the paper will not go away.

- Write the date on the container and cover it with transparent tape to protect it from humidity and rubbing with other products.

- Cut out a fairly strong rectangle of cardboard, write the date, make a hole on one side with a scissor and insert a string that you will use to tie the label to the bag.

We also remind you that the crepes, containing butter, milk and eggs must be consumed within 3 months and once defrosted they can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
