Derivative baths: what they are, how to make them and what benefits they bring!
Derivative baths are a practice full of benefits. These baths, in fact, use a very natural and effective technique to help our body to counteract internal inflammations, favoring healing from numerous ailments, provided, however, to practice them consistently.
Derivative baths, which consist in cooling the groin and genital area in different and specific ways that we will see later, have an ancient history. Let's find out what they are more closely, how to make them, what benefits they bring (will they really be useful for losing weight?) And what are their possible contraindications.
In the meantime, here is the video to perform a lymphatic drainage massage on the face, just as useful as the derivative baths to improve blood circulation:
What are derivative baths?
The derivative baths which, as we have seen, consist in washing the genital area with cold water, actually have their origin in the same practice of the animal world: how many mammals, in poor health conditions, get wet or lick their private parts?
Our ancestors did the same: they practiced baths of this type to find relief from malaise. The same goes for the eastern populations! With modern medicine, then, the derivative baths have fallen into disuse, to return to the fore at the end of the nineteenth century, when the German doctor Louis Kuhne rediscovered them, noting how this kind of washing is able to detoxify the whole organism. .
Kuhne underlined how the changes in society due to industrialization (from stress to pollution) have caused a general increase in body temperature, and in particular in the genital area. It is no coincidence that in some populations the private parts are left uncovered, without underwear: refreshing the genitals makes the whole body feel better!
The increase in body temperature leads to blocking the process of elimination of fats and toxins, causing body waste to accumulate, preventing the free and correct functioning of the organism. Starting from this assumption, Khune devised the system of purification baths to favor the expulsion of waste.

Derivative baths bring many benefits to our body, mostly immediately. With a daily bathing practice, toxins are eliminated, obtaining immediate relief and immediately feeling more relaxed and energetic!
Purifying baths move toxins by making them escape from the body thanks to the difference in temperature. In this way digestion and intestinal function are favored, muscle relaxation is favored, hair is invigorated, tensions and all psycho-somatic disorders are calmed.
This method is a real cure-all for fighting and preventing all kinds of inflammations and infections: from cysts to hemorrhoids, from candida to itching. In addition, the derivative baths help to counteract hormonal disorders, from acne to cycle problems and menopause, from mood problems to hot flashes.
Of course, we must not believe that it is a miraculous system, but it certainly can give a great help for a very large number of problems, try it!
Are they really useful for weight loss too?
By naturally promoting the acceleration of metabolism, derivative baths are also recommended for weight loss! In fact, it seems that a single daily session can give visible effects: 10 minutes would be enough for an adult weighing less than 70 kilos and 15 minutes for those who weighs more than 70.
There is no need to say it: derivative baths can help you, but you must not forget to do them together with physical activity and a balanced diet! Here are the foods that speed up metabolism:
Derivative baths: how to do them
The theory is clear, but how are these derivative baths made? The process is simple. Fill the bidet with cold water and sit on it with your genitals towards the tap. Take a sponge or towel, run them under cold water and use them to wet the groin area, both the right and left hollow, in a repeated up and down motion.Warning: the rest of the body must be warm, and you must not wet or cool the buttocks!
The procedure should be carried out twice a day for about a quarter of an hour, but you don't always have the time to do it ... There are special pads on the market to be placed first in the freezer and then applied in the indicated area, so that you can in the meantime continue to carry out other domestic activities. These pads called "poche" resemble sanitary pads and it is usually recommended to cover them with fabric (if it is not already included) before applying them to the groin.
When the groin area cools, you will feel all the stress that had instead led to the overheating of the intimate parts, which are known to be full of nerves and very sensitive, move away a little at a time. The derivative baths will be able to "unblock" the zone, helping you to free all the blocks related to psychic and sexual life, also setting in motion the "intestine, our" second brain ". The effects on circulation will be immediate and so will those on your metabolism and your mood!
Contraindications of derivative baths
Since derivative baths have an effect on metabolism, they can be dangerous for people with weight problems, whether they are underweight or obese. It is always better to ask for the opinion of a doctor ...
Beyond this, there are no real contraindications, rather a precaution: if you decide to take a do-it-yourself derivative bath, start gradually. 5 minutes the first time will be enough! The body needs to get used to the change.
Further contraindications could arise for those who have recently undergone an operation, have had an external implant (a pacemaker or a dental implant or a prosthesis or similar) or, again, are terminally ill. For the rest, baths can be done by men and women of any age, including children.
