Single is beautiful: how to feel good about yourself, first of all
Study, find a job, a partner, have a child.
How many of us have felt imprisoned by this pattern? An unwritten law that we get used to hearing from an early age.
Yet times have changed! We women can become everything we want, for decades now, without needing a husband to support us, indeed, today we join forces and live as equals.
In this period, then, with the Valentine's Day just ended, one gets the impression that everyone around us is in love and happier than you. By the way, here are some tips on what to do on Valentine's Day (or during any evening when friends there are no commitments):
The myth of the single career
Let's face it: the image of the single woman in American comedies is rather difficult to emulate.
They introduce us to these incredibly beautiful, austere, wealthy and professionally established women.
In short, yet another unwritten rule: if you are not married the only justification you have is to build an economic empire.
Similarly, a married woman may not have a successful career and a happy marriage.
In short, stereotypes about stereotypes that do nothing but put pressure on us and increase our sense of inadequacy for life.

There are two types of singles: people who want to be single and those who are simply looking for the right person.
To be single and happy you need to understand which of the two categories you belong to. But it won't be difficult.
In your heart you know exactly what you want.
If you are intent on staying single, you are already on the path to happiness. You have found your own dimension, you have learned to listen to yourself, to respect yourself and that you do not need another person to have the life you dream of.
If, on the other hand, you are waiting for your soul mate, know that you have to start from the love for yourself.
Do yourself good, indulge yourself, dedicate yourself to your little personal successes. It is only with skyrocketing self-esteem that you will be able to attract the right person for you.
Having a partner doesn't mean having a good life. Your life must be beautiful from the start, the other person must only improve it a little!
The sour spinster
Nothing is more annoying than a stereotype, we women know it well.
The labels, especially those attached to single women, are terrible.
There is to be said that some single women fight an imaginary war with busy women, especially on social media.
Phrases like "you are all horned" or "strong women cannot be tamed" they are just as offensive. Stay away from this kind of bully attitude.
Life is unpredictable and you may find yourself on the other side at any moment.
