The breast: what characterizes it?

Breast is what women have the most fragile. Breasts are made up of mammary glands, fat, blood vessels, and sensory nerves. They are supported thanks to the skin and the adjacent muscles, but are subjected to gravity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, repeated diets, hormonal changes and over time they tend to yield.

What are the possible remedies?

Finish the shower with a jet of cold water on the breast, but be careful not to overdo it, you risk breaking the skin fibers. Cold water has an immediate vasoconstrictor effect, which stimulates blood microcirculation, improves cellular exchange and visibly astringes the tissues.

Natural methods

Infusion to firm the breasts. Make an infusion with 30 g of serpollino, 30 g of thyme and 20 g of rosemary. Let it cool down, filter and apply this lotion to your breasts. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse with a jet of cold water.

To hydrate and soften them, massage your breasts, always from the outside inwards, around the nipples, with avocado, argan, or jojoba oil. You can mix these three oils in equal quantities (5 cl of each type, for example).
Avocado is regenerating, protective, rich in vitamins and perfect for delicate skin. Argan oil is rich in antioxidant vitamins (A, B, C, D, E, PP) and slows down skin aging.
Jojoba oil is moisturizing, restructuring and deeply nourishes the skin.

What are some recommended exercises?

Every day, in front of the mirror, do some gymnastics to avoid sagging breasts.

With your arms stretched out in front of you at a right angle, join your hands together as if in prayer, turning your elbows outward, and press your palms. Repeat this movement 20 times.

Straight, with the arms stretched backwards, at the height of the hips, raise them slightly, so as to feel the pull under the breasts, and then relax the position. Repeat 20 times.
