Piadina Days, 10-11 September

Piadina is a flatbread made of wheat flour, water, salt and depending on the place, other ingredients as well. The traditional one is rolled with a rolling pin and cooked on the testo, a terracotta pan.

It is usually consumed with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, country herbs and is accompanied with a good Sangiovese di Romagna.

If you love this typical dish of the Romagna tradition, on 10 and 11 September you can participate in many events that will animate the Forlì Cesena area. To discover all the places where you can go directly to the festival site.
