Our farewell to Mango
Yesterday, 8 December, a great interpreter of Italian music, Mango, aka Giuseppe Mango, died during a live, just as he was performing Gold, one of his most famous pieces.
There have been many demonstrations of affection by VIPs and ordinary people towards the Italian interpreter with a warm and unmistakable voice who has given us unforgettable songs and whose refined and unique style has always been praised. But unfortunately, in the choir of tributes and messages of esteem for the famous singer-songwriter, the videos of his death live, published continuously on social networks, with the usual bad taste with which tragedies are often treated are out of tune.
A few hours after the singer's death, then comes the sad news of the death of his brother, Giovanni, which took place on the night between 8 and 9 December; the cause of death would be the same as that of the singer-songwriter: heart attack. a cruel game of fate that leaves us speechless.
We have decided to remember the performer exclusively with his music. Here are some of his best songs, which have consecrated him as one of the most refined artists of Italian music.
"Although you are my swallow gone away, you are my half flight, you are my step into the void ..."
