Always famous for her oversized shapes, which in pregnancy grow out of all proportion, Kim Kardashian, recently a mother bis, kept us rejoicing via social network of her success, sharing the secrets of rapid post-partum weight loss with fans.
"I'm so excited! I've lost 14 pounds to date, but I still have to lose 17. I'm very focused. I'll show you my workouts and Atkins diet plan.", tweets the famous heiress, who has always been a great lover of stretch dresses and squeezed outfits, even when it would not be the case.
And to get back to showing them off as soon as possible, Mrs West has committed to an ad hoc diet that prefers lean proteins and "good" fats, reducing carbohydrates as much as possible. Big binge on hazelnuts, avocados, vegetables, fruit and cheese for the Kardashian who avoids bread, pasta and alcohol. As she herself stated, her daily menu includes 2000 calories divided between three main meals and two snacks, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. So why not try it?
