What is the LeBootCamp method

"The method is divided into 4 phases. The first is the detox phase which lasts two weeks. It includes the ten best purifying foods in balanced menus. Results: the first pounds go away quickly and easily, the energy returns and the skin regains radiance.

The second phase is the attack. Now that the body has been cleansed and the first few pounds are gone, you are ready to attack the stubborn ones and reduce cellulite. This second phase will last as long as necessary, that is until 75% of the weight to be eliminated is lost.

At this point the Booster phase intervenes to speed up the process. It lasts seven days and allows you to give, as the name implies (in English, a booster is anything that amplifies a signal or a boost), the fundamental momentum to lose weight.

The last phase is weight maintenance which focuses on managing the pH. A body with an acid pH is a body that gains weight that does not lose pounds. By rebalancing the pH, with specific feeding techniques, we lose 25% of the remaining excess weight, but above all we acquire those habits that will always remain with us and that will allow us not to regain more weight ".
