Fungo d'Oro 2012 in Piedmont

Many appointments, all under the banner of the celebration of King of the Woods, with tastings in the restaurants participating in the "golden mushroom" evenings, located in the Pinerolo area, Val Sangone and Valle di Susa.

In each new restaurant you go to, you will receive a postcard which must then be sent to the Museo del Gusto and with which you can vote for your favorite dish by participating in the prize draw. The new premises, as well as by the opinion of the customers, will be evaluated by a commission composed of members of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, of the Museum of Taste and of journalists and food and wine experts. The restaurants that have already participated in the event will be involved at the forefront in the creation of the gala dinner to be held on 22 October at the Museum of Taste, during which the new restaurateurs will be awarded.

The Golden Mushroom, in addition to being an event that brings together all mushroom lovers, confirms itself as an important appointment to enhance the territory and its gastronomic excellence.
