Breakfast: every day a glass of water at room temperature to start, then 200 grams of low-fat plain yogurt, a cup of green tea or unsweetened coffee. You can add a tablespoon of whole grains or bran to the yogurt.

It is a diet rich in lactic ferments but generally poor, which is why it is strongly not recommended to prolong this diet: it is good not to repeat a regimen of this type before two months. Yogurt is a low-calorie dairy product rich in lean proteins and mineral salts such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iodine, in addition to the integration of vitamins A and B, calcium, pantothenic and folic acid.

As we have understood so far, the major drawback is that of prolonged use of this regimen which, in fact, could even damage the body. Like all lightning diets, it is completely unbalanced, lacking in essential nutrients for our body such as carbohydrates. , lipids and other vitamins (E, K).
