It is a diet rich in lactic ferments but generally poor, which is why it is strongly not recommended to prolong this diet: it is good not to repeat a regimen of this type before two months. Yogurt is a low-calorie dairy product rich in lean proteins and mineral salts such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iodine, in addition to the integration of vitamins A and B, calcium, pantothenic and folic acid.

As we have understood so far, the major drawback is that of prolonged use of this regimen which, in fact, could even damage the body.
