On display "Buon Appetito"

The iterative exhibition, designed by Universcience of Paris in collaboration with the Museum of Science and Technology, Heureka (Finland) and Technopolis (Belgium), addresses the issues of nutrition and food consumption, from the food production process to the importance of conviviality at the table.

Buon appetito invites, through the use of multimedia and audiovisual supports, to discover the plurality of social, economic, ethical, health and cultural aspects that are intertwined in this moment, such as lunch, dinner or a simple breakfast.

The public is thus actively involved in the 5 macro-themes, food balance, why eating, food analysis, cultural perceptions, the citizen-consumer, faced along this complete sensory experience.
