Become a Chef with the scholarship

Also this year, after the success of the last edition, a scholarship will be made available, assigned on the basis of criteria including educational path, income bracket and / or employment status of the candidate who must be resident in the Lombardy Region and have completed, at the time of the request, 40 years of age.

The course is designed with the aim of training chefs who are able to learn about the world of catering, from the knowledge and choice of raw materials to the basics of classic cuisine with its techniques and equipment, but also with attention to the notions of nutrition and ethics. professional.

The maximum number of participants is 12 and among the teachers there will be MassimoMoroni, AndreaBevilacqua and RobertoMaurizio together with well-known professions of cooking and culinary culture.

The course will take place over 12 weeks, for a total of 20 lessons and an internship of 1-2 months (optional). At the end of the course, a final exam will be held at the Congusto headquarters, which will only be accessed by students who have attended at least 80% of the lessons, which will take place biweekly, on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 9:30 to 13 and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Upon passing the exam, a certificate will be given.
