Prestyn, is American, is 4 years old and first he asked for a train, then he asked Santa Claus to pray with him. Knox Stine is a 2 month old baby that Prestyn does not know personally but has asked a prayer for.
Santa Claus, moved by this question, immediately accepted and knelt beside him.

The mother of the sick child had no idea that their story could become so important, Prestyn has heard about her aunt and, since that day, has been praying every night with her family so that Knox's health can improve.
