Dry and red eyes? Goodbye drops, here is the quick and easy solution for the sportsman

There are three constants in my sporting and working life: running, mountain and my blog. I run at least twice a week, go to the mountains at least once a week and tell my adventures to my readers almost every day, as if I were writing a personal diary. The transition from the outdoors and from nature to my desk is sudden. Two completely opposite situations, one outdoors and one within the four walls of the house, but both are the greatest satisfactions of my life, one is the motivation of the other. I love to involve my readers in what I do, I love to keep them informed about my training, preparation for competitions, the routes I take in the mountains and to provide them with useful tips to better enjoy the sport.
The goals of my blog are to motivate the people who follow me to commit to reach a goal, conveying that you don't need to be a professional to run a marathon or to get to the top of a very high peak, that you just need to want to and train, and to provide all the advice and guidelines to be able to do it through the story of my personal experience.

I tell the whole period of preparation for my races and they support me, send me messages of encouragement and are waiting to know if and how I managed to complete my exploits and I can't wait to share the victory with them. It is thanks to them and my desire to convince them to try if, when I feel fatigue, I find the strength to go on.By telling every phase of my sporting life, sacrifices, efforts, failures and successes, I show to those who read me that often hidden aspect of being a sportsman, I show that nothing is given to us that only by believing in it we can achieve something and by providing the right advice there. help to start and play sports in the right way and with greater results or to solve some problems related to sports practice.

One of these is definitely related to the eyes. Although I wear sunglasses and eyeglasses for sports almost always and in any weather condition as I write my articles, I often find myself having to fight redness caused by mountain air or too much sun and dry eyes related to excessive time spent in front of the screen. Every passion and every job has its own problems, mine, in addition to possible strains, contractures and pains of all kinds, is linked to the eyes which, like my muscles, are constantly overloaded and must resist every day against extreme weather conditions. I run and go to the mountains with the sun, rain, snow and wind and my eyes are forced to adapt to all these situations. What I really want to pass on to my readers is that the life of a sportsman who tries to reach a goal cannot be all pink and flowers, I also involve them on these aspects, but trying to provide the solution that comes from my experience, that that after trying it helped me to solve a problem and that it responds perfectly to the needs of the sportsman. If it helped me, why not also inform those who live a life very similar to mine?

So today I find myself talking about one of the best solutions. I had been walking for a few hours in the mountains, there was an incredible sun and a really strong wind and I was wearing my contact lenses. My eyes got dry and as a result the lenses started bothering me too. Near the summit cross, where my boyfriend and I stopped to enjoy the view (which I now saw blurred), there was a family and my mother, hearing me complain about this problem, showed me a spray trying to help me. Two sprays, quick and easy, and my day changed: I no longer felt slow and I was able to enjoy that fantastic view of the city and the lakes! The product I am talking about is IRIDINA® indicated in case of redness, burning, itching and irritation associated with dry eyes, it is administered easily and in all circumstances, thus adapting to the need for easy use of the athlete in all situations. while running or walking on a mountain path, immediately giving a feeling of relief. You no longer have to waste time with drops, you can spray it on each eyelid 2-3 times a day even with contact lenses worn and it is compatible with waterproof make-up. Better than this!

It is available in two formulations: Iridina Spray for Red and Irritated Eyes and Iridina Spray for Dry and Tired Eyes.
IRIDINA® SPRAY Red and Irritated Eyes is based on Liposomes, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Green Tea and Black Tea extract. I never prepare what is needed for an excursion without adding this product.
I hope again this time I have given you the right advice!
