Taste Week: the taste of the Dolomites

The event opens its doors with a festival dedicated to one of the typical dishes of the local gastronomic tradition, the potato tortel. The highlight of Taste Week 2012, however, is the Sci-Mangia on February 3rd. The appointment is at 1 pm on the Paganella peak, over 2,000 meters above sea level, for a lunch in stages in the seven best refuges in the ski area of the Brenta Dolomites.

For non-skiers, a snowmobile service is available that will allow everyone to reach the La montanara hut (1,575 meters), even at night.

Taste Week 2012 is tradition, but not only. Among the various proposals of the event there is also the possibility of tasting biodynamic wines produced by the local Francesco Poli farm.
