Sociopathic: how to recognize this disorder the most recurrent behaviors

We've all met at least one sociopath in life! If it has happened to you one or more times that you have to deal with individuals who have made you suffer for their behavior and you believe that the fault is yours because you do not know immediately who you are in front of, reassure yourself! Everyone happens to attract the wrong person and you can say you've just met a real sociopath.

The sociopath: we learn to recognize him

Psychopathy is a clinical diagnosis that indicates individuals suffering from a major personality disorder. This term sometimes indicates individuals that are in some way harmful to the health of those who establish a relationship with them: we are talking about predators, for example. Among the clinical diagnoses related to sociopathy we find three distinctions, the antisocial personality disorder (DAP), the narcissistic one (DNP) and finally the borderline one (DBP). The clinical origin of the disease is controversial: there are those who find genetic causes, those who attribute environmental causes, other schools of thought prefer mixed causes, always between genetics and the environment. The individual with sociopathy is usually defined as a sociopath. These subjects adopt dissimulating attitudes and live wearing a mask on the one hand to hide their real nature on the other to fascinate possible victims and pave the way towards achieving his ideals. However, there are several symptoms or signs that can reveal the presence of this disorder, some more explicit and obvious, others less marked and evident.
Sociopaths are social predators, because of sociopathy they use another person or more people to achieve different goals they have in mind, from money to power to sexual pleasure. Their disturbance leads them to exaggerate, to achieve their cumbersome goals they do not look at anyone, on the contrary they manipulate people like puppets playing with their emotions. The damage that a sociopath can cause to your life are manifold, both physical and psychological trauma and even serious loss of money, even bankruptcy. All this because a psychopath is unable to feel shame and empathy and does not respect the laws, regardless!

The sociopath exists: stay away!

Obviously there are not only sociopaths but also sociopaths. You must always stay away from these people because they can create big problems in your life, manipulate your feelings and emotions, deceive you and above all disappoint you. Sociopathic behavior is a far cry from insanity, the sociopath is not a fool! He is a very smart and cunning person, often gifted with charisma, culture and a strong ability to attract attention to him. At first he seems like a perfect person, the right, bright, lovable man or woman: open your eyes, he's just looking for a victim who will leave at best with a broken heart and some wound (read carefully: you don't speaks only of metaphorical wounds!). You don't want to be that victim do you? So if you are living in a relationship that makes you feel bad, if you have the feeling that your partner manipulates your life, or conditions your choices every day, do not wait any longer and run away, because with such individuals because of their disorder behavioral the situation can really degenerate at any moment.

Zero guilt and all other signs

According to some statistics, 1% to 4% of the world population is affected by psychopathy. Some of these people have already exhibited criminal behavior, and maybe they are in prison, but others are there, ready to blend in with the common people, but also ready to sneak into someone else's existence, to manipulate, to crush anything and everything to get what they want. And they feel no remorse or sense of guilt: the disorder they have makes them selfish to the nth degree! They really stop at nothing! The news also shows it to us, often a sociopath does not just ruin the life of his victim, he even kills her! Do everything to stay away from these individuals because they are harmful to your health and above all they prevent you from chasing the most important thing there every day: your happiness!

These are the typical behaviors to pay close attention to

A first characteristic of someone with a sociopathic disorder is that they initially seem "too good to be true". A perfect, romantic and caring partner, a delightful boss, a nice colleague. Well, if it sounds "too good to be true" it probably isn't. This is a fiction, a staged play to win you over. Remember, sociopaths always lie and for a thousand reasons: they tell lies in every situation because they want to manipulate everything and everyone and be in control of the situation. They are ruthless, because they only have in mind their own goal to achieve and to do so they do not look anyone in the face. Be very careful of all these symptoms! Another typical characteristic of sociopaths is that they often have no friends, no regular colleagues or even relatives who go around them, on the contrary, very often they have broken all relations with their family of origin. This must always make you suspicious! They are always cold people who never lose control, at the same time with the same control they manipulate everything, I don't know fear or remorse, nor anxiety and not even shame. Most sociopaths have unfaithful behavior and are lovers of sexual perversion and out of line behavior. In addition to sex, everything in their life works like this, like the search for new stimuli, the thrill of the unusual. They get bored quickly. Finally, the sociopath is antisocial and does not like rules, he considers himself special and out of the ordinary so he would never agree to follow rules that apply to everyone. Other symptoms of sociopathy? Sociopaths almost always have violent behavior and abuse drugs and alcohol. They get bored quickly, are impulsive, whipped, have high self-esteem, and don't like to take responsibility.

Can a sociopath be cured?

The degree of psychopathy is clearly very important in determining a possible cure. However, it is good to always keep in mind that a sociopathic individual does not accept his condition as a patient and the diagnosis of such a disease: and not wanting to get well, there is no treatment or cure that can really help him. To make real progress the sociopath should first become aware of his situation and this is very difficult. Resist the temptation to save him, it's wasted time!

Sociopathy Diagnosis

A realistic diagnosis of psychopathy is never made before the age of 18, but in some cases, certain behaviors of minors can raise an alarm, for example if the child engages in gory behaviors, steals, sets fires and manifests cruelty to animals or people. . We must not confuse the minimum playful attitudes of children with these pathologies but at the same time we must pay close attention to these inclinations and to the temperament of a child because in the end it can help to tell a lot about an individual's personality.
If a person with sociopathy has walked out of your life you just have to be happy because you have got rid of a real threat to your happiness and your life. All this was not love because as we have seen a sociopath cannot have these feelings for anyone except his self-esteem and his desires. Obviously don't even think about going back with him! To think that it will change would be completely useless. And if you are suffering from the end of the relationship, hold on: everything will pass! Try to surround yourself with trustworthy people so that sincere friends can help you get out of it. Also evaluate if you need a little psychological help in many cases it can be useful to shorten the times of suffering and get back to life. Or change your look! Maybe letting yourself be inspired by the changes of the look of the stars who are single again!
