5. Use natural oils like coconut oil as a scrub remedy

Oils are also a great anti-chafing remedy. Not recommended, however, for those who do not like to feel the skin a little burdened by nourishing products such as oils. For those who love the sensation of nourished skin, they are the most effective and most "pleasant" remedy: coconut oil, for example. for example, in addition to being an excellent hair oil, it has important nourishing properties that in addition to fighting rubbing, prevent irritation and moisturize the skin.
