Move to the beat of Zumba and defeat breast cancer

Donate $ 3 million over 3 years. This is the goal of Zumba's "Party in Pink ™" charity initiative. An activity in favor of scientific research against breast cancer supported by the Susan G. Komen® foundation, through funding from the Zumba Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention.

Just like 2013, from August 1st to October 31st, Zumba instructors around the world are called upon to organize “Party in Pink ™”. Events, concerts and masterclasses open to all, to have fun and let loose to the rhythm of music against breast cancer.

Around the world, breast cancer is diagnosed every 19 seconds, which is why it is essential to participate and support initiatives such as "Party in Pink". The money raised by the Zumba® Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention fund will finance a study that will evaluate the effects of Lignan SDG, an antioxidant component contained in flaxseed, on pre-menopausal women, as a method of prevention.

To join the campaign, you just need to participate in the events, of which 75% of the proceeds from the sales of event tickets and 30% of the proceeds from the sale of limited edition Zumba® clothing and accessories "Party in Pink ™" will be donated directly to the Komen® association.
