FamilyLegal is born
The firm, born from an "idea of" Lawyer Lorenzo Puglisi, already known for the non-profit initiative SOSStalking, aims to assist all those who, having to face a divorce or a separation, cannot afford to pay expensive fees. A commendable initiative that also meets the needs of people with low incomes, taking into account that divorces do not only involve wealthy couples but every stratum of society. To this end, FamilyLegal lawyers also adhere to free legal aid for people with a total annual income of less than about 10,000 euros, in order to guarantee a right to legal protection even beyond assets and economic possibilities.
Dealing exclusively with family law, FamilyLegal offers assistance to de facto couples, including homosexuals, to give them legal and patrimonial support as a first step towards civil recognition still awaited in Italian society.
