Here are 10 habits that seem healthy to you but are not at all

How many things do we do without even thinking about it? Perhaps the time has come to do it and do some serious reflection: we reveal ten habits that are harmful to our health. Let's start with the change!

1. Wear the perfume

Well yes, how many of you leave the house without wearing perfume? Probably none! After all, leaving a romantic scent trail seems something special and fascinating, yet very often the fragrances we use are not natural and contain substances that can be harmful in the long run. If you often have a headache or nausea, try not to use perfume for a few days. Or choose natural perfumes.

2. Use your smartphone before going to sleep

We all do it: send the goodnight message to our boyfriend, check the Facebook home, look at the selfies we took during the day ... all things that are now part of our daily routine. But be careful, the light emitted from the screens of our electronic devices influences the production of melatonin, otherwise known as the sleep hormone. A deficiency of this substance worsens the quality of rest. Why not replace your smartphone with other off-line activities such as reading our favorite book, for example, without having to use the anti-social collar!

3. Being obsessed with someone

Very often we women are obsessed with the person we like and who, at times, does not even correspond to us. How many times do we get excited and think that the guy who likes us on Instagram photos is exactly the man of our life? Here, this obsession often creates anxieties and fears that prevent us from living peacefully. Avoiding this attitude can be a small step towards our happiness.

4. Hold back sneezing

Let's face it, we all happen to hold back a sneeze, but that's not a good habit at all! In fact, when we are about to sneeze, the pressure inside the skull increases and holding us could even cause the rupture of some blood vessels. And therefore ... Etciùùùù! And health!

5. Drink fresh fruit juices

Yum ... but no! To fill the glasses that are normally used to serve smoothies, you need more of the same fruit, more than you would normally have eaten. This can cause problems if you are sensitive to fruit sugars. For example, grapes are a fruit that contains a lot of sugar and can be an enemy in children's diets.

6. Store food in plastic containers

Even the classic lunch in the office could become a problem: we are surrounded by plastic objects, and we also use it to contain food, but often we do not care to store it correctly. To preserve food for a long time, prefer glass containers or read the instructions on the plastic container carefully to understand how it is best to preserve food.

8. Brush your teeth immediately after meals

Brushing your teeth is a good habit that is too often forgotten! But washing them immediately after meals can be really harmful. Dentists, in fact, suggest that at least 30 minutes pass from the meal before brushing your teeth because some foods and drinks release acids that act on the enamel and the lower layer of the teeth. Brushing your teeth before 30 minutes would make these acids penetrate more easily and deeply.

9. Being too attached to our virtual life

Our social life is a "better" reflection of our real life. Very often, in fact, what we decide to share with the world is filtered and reflects apparent happiness and fun: couples who share every moment of their relationship on Facebook know this well. Just them, who are not really happy ... Let's take care less of our social networks and more of the moments we really share with others!

10. Use antibacterial products

War on bacteria? Yes, but not too much! Our body is covered with numerous bacteria which form a barrier against more harmful microorganisms. Constantly using antibacterial products destroys this barrier, making the skin more sensitive and vulnerable: these soaps should be used no more than twice a week.

And now that you know everything, the time has come for a change!
