We know what you think, or rather, hope: there will be a mirror polish, right? We pass, it dries and voilà: the reflective manicure is done! Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Mirror-effect nails are created mainly on special enamels, such as gel or, even better, semi-permanent. With the traditional jump, in fact, you don't get the most beautiful result in the realm.
To make mirror nails, you need to follow three steps.
Phase 1
Apply the base, or the semi-permanent color. Choose black for a sure result.
Once dry, apply the sealant, which protects the nails and sets the color.
Phase 2
It's time to use your lamp: catalyze the nail polish for about 30 seconds. Give a new coat of black and catalyze one last time. Final finishing touches: a bit of buffer to make the nails perfect and a generous coat of top coat.
Phase 3
Up to now, you have performed all the steps of a classic DIY manicure. Now, it's time to proceed with the mirror effect. Take an eyeshadow brush and dip it in the silver pigment. Rub it all over the nail with fast and circular movements and, little by little, you will see that your nail will become reflective. .
