Other delicious vegetarian sandwiches, quicker to prepare, can be made with precooked beetroot, carrots and simple philadelphia. Proceed with cutting a cucumber into thin slices. Spread the triangles of bread with the yogurt cream both in one direction and the other. Add a slice of cucumber, a little well-drained tuna in pieces and cover with a slice of smooth bread on top, in order to achieve at least two layers of filling.

If you prefer a more traditional taste, but no less delicious, try this variant, even more delicious if made with wholemeal bread. In this case you will need 160 grams of tuna, 1 tomato, 60 grams of olive paté, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a lettuce and salt.

Spread the pate on the bread that you have carefully cut into triangles, so as to overlap three layers for sandwich. Cut the tomato into slices and add some on the paté. Close with a slice of bread and stuff this second layer with mayonnaise, lettuce and tuna. Then add the last layer on top.

Ideas for a buffet? Meat sandwiches!

There are endless variations of delicious meat-based sandwiches! Let's see a couple of originals. The first is the one that sees culatello as its main ingredient. Start by chopping two slices, mixing it in a bowl together with 200 grams of cheese, 50 grams of chicory, 40 grams of chopped walnuts and two tablespoons of whole milk, until you get a homogeneous amalgam. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mixture on the bread, covering each layer with another slice, wrap in plastic wrap and leave for about an hour in the fridge before serving.

How about a chicken sandwich, which reminds you a little of the famous club sandwich? Start by cooking 100 grams of chicken breast on a griddle, while boiling 2 eggs in water for about ten minutes.

Put the chicken and eggs in a mixer, after having allowed them to cool, together with two tablespoons of salted capers, a chopped anchovy fillet, then add 50 grams of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the final mixture. stuff the sandwiches, with the addition of a touch of sweet paprika.

Salmon and cucumber sandwiches, fresh and colorful

In addition to being delicious and very fresh, the salmon and cucumber sandwiches are also a beautiful sight for their bright colors! Making them is very simple. All you need is wholemeal bread, 80 grams of smoked salmon, 100 grams of goat cheese and half a cucumber to be cut into very thin slices.

Put on each of the two layers that you will make a slice of cucumber on the spread cheese, then add a little salmon. Close with a triangle of smooth bread, skewered with a toothpick and that's it! Sweet sandwiches with peaches and raspberries!

Who said that delicious sandwiches have to be salty? Try a little to prepare this tasty sweet variant and you will amaze your guests! In this case, the bread base will also need to be DIY.

Start by melting 80 grams of butter in a double boiler. Whisk 6 egg whites with a pinch of salt and 200 grams of sugar. Then add 120 grams of sifted flour and the warmed butter, mixing gently. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Start by mixing about 150 grams of spreadable cheese of your choice (the philadelphia will be fine) with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt and a little black pepper. Roll out the sandwiches with a rolling pin. flatten it a little, then spread the freshly made cream cheese over it and cover it with slices of cooked ham about 2-3 millimeters thick (about one and a half pounds).
