September, as you know, is the month in which you start exercising again after the fun and relaxation of the summer months. There are those who start running, those who return to the pool ... Practicing sports, however, can lead, in some cases, to eye irritation: let's think, for example, of swimming - in swimming pools there is always a "high presence of chlorine, disinfectant agent essential to preserve the hygiene in swimming facilities, but rather aggressive. Or again: the milder and breezy climate makes sport more difficult outdoor: Has it ever happened to you to go for a jog and suddenly a gust of wind rises and brings with it dust, sand and debris?
The solution? Protect your eyes: in the pool, bring a pair of watertight goggles, that is, that does not allow water to enter them; for running, invest in a pair of running goggles. To carry out their protective action, they must be well adherent to the face. Finally, at the end of each workout, remember to moisturize your eyes with a specific solution for this purpose.

Most of us find ourselves spending a minimum of 8 hours a day at the computer for work, not counting televisions, cell phones, etc. This practice screen-oriented, typical of modern times, can cause fatigue, redness and dryness of the eyes, as you tend to blink less if you are looking at a light source, with the consequent discomfort that derives from it. But how can we fix it if for work we are forced to spend most of our day in front of a screen, be it that of a PC, a smartphone, or a tablet? There are fantastic sprays on the market in practical format, to always carry with you: 1-2 sprays with closed eyelids are enough (a hyper-practical solution for all!) And your eyes will be like new!

We all know that going to bed wearing make-up is absolutely forbidden, and yet, let's face it: sometimes out of tiredness, sometimes due to too many cocktails, other times out of healthy laziness, sometimes we go to bed in full make-up. It is clear that this practice is harmful: beyond waking up with the panda look (poured mascara and smudged eyeshadow), not removing make-up leads to irritation and, sometimes, even rather annoying infections.
