1. Shampoo and conditioner: make a cocktail!
Wash and moisturize your curls at the same time? Mix a small amount of shampoo with a nice amount of conditioner. Apply the mixture starting from the top of the head, carefully massage the scalp, concentrating mainly from the roots and after a few minutes continue towards the tips.
This will allow you to wash your hair without depriving it of those natural oils that avoid dryness and brittleness.
2. Throw the brush away!
Using the brush regularly helps to disassemble the curls and cause the hair to break by accentuating the hateful frizz. Instead, use a wide-toothed comb, or directly your fingers, to detangle the hair while it is wet.
And if you need to untangle them during the day, moisten the affected strands and use your fingers to gently comb them.

3. To pat curly hair use a t-shirt
The towel absorbs too much water and moisture and can accentuate the frizz. The t-shirt takes away only the excess water, helps sculpt your curls and avoids the tousled effect.
Furthermore, unlike the sponge, it is more delicate and eliminates the natural protective oils of the hair to a much lesser extent.
4. In bed with satin (or silk)
Do not use a cotton pillowcase for the pillow, but change it to a satin or silk one to prevent your hair from being tangled and knotted in the morning.
And if you sleep with your hair gathered in a large "pineapple" you will keep the shape of the curls unchanged.
5. Rain, wind and humidity? Go harvest
On rainy, windy, or particularly humid days, opt for a crop. This will prevent your hair from visibly ruffling. If you really don't want to know how to tie them, at least wear a hat.

Your hair needs to stay naturally curly. You can iron them occasionally, but overdoing them will risk ruining them, making them dull and dull, and making them even more difficult to tame.
